One of our favorite things to do is to travel with our friends and family.  Now that we’re parents, it’s just a bit more challenging.

There are many family-friendly travel destinations all around the world, each offering unique experiences and activities for families to enjoy. We asked our followers where their favorite travel destinations are for the family.

Here’s what they said:

1. Disney Theme Parks: This popular theme park has several locations; Disneyland in California, Disney World in Florida, Hong Kong Disneyland, Tokyo Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, and not to mention their cruises and excursions all around the world. Disney offers rides, shows, and attractions for all ages, as well as Disney-themed hotels and dining options.

2. Universal Studios: Like Disney, Universal Studios has multiple theme parks.  Universal Studios offers a variety of rides and shows based on popular movies and TV shows. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is especially popular.

3. Legoland: This theme park offers a variety of rides and activities based on the popular building blocks, as well as a water park and a hotel.

4. National Parks: This is a great option for families that offers a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and wildlife watching, and has geysers, hot springs, and majestic landscapes. What a great way to spend quality time with the family.

5. Great Wolf Lodge: This indoor water park resort offers a variety of water rides and activities, as well as a hotel, dining options, and other amenities.

6. Atlantis, Bahamas: This resort offers a variety of water rides and activities, as well as a hotel, dining options, and other amenities.

7. Beaches: This all-inclusive resort offers a variety of activities and entertainment for families, as well as a hotel, dining options, and other amenities.

8. Holland, Michigan: This city is known for its Dutch heritage, and offers a variety of activities such as biking, beaches, and a beautiful tulip festival in spring.

9. San Diego, California: This city offers a variety of family-friendly activities such as the San Diego Zoo, LEGOLAND California, and SeaWorld San Diego.

10. Hawaii: The Hawaiian islands offer a variety of activities such as beaches, hiking, and water sports, as well as opportunities to learn about the culture and history of Hawaii.

We have driven across the United States several times and have traveled internationally as a family.  There are so many beautiful family-friendly places the world has to offer, and these are just a few of them.  These recommendations from our followers are definitely going on our family travel bucket list.
